Saturday, December 11, 2010 - Elegant and complexity yet heavy bodied being more vinous than airy. The medium high acidity is supporting the structure very nicely while not trying to define it. Fruity, chalk and oxidized notes. Lovely airy and elegant mousse. Full pleasure! Would be interesting to compare different disgorgements! Outstanding!
