Saturday, January 22, 2011 - Medium gold color, fine bubbles. A little tight at first, with a whiff of baking biscuit. Very rich and thick, with bright citrus fruit, and a long finish. I went back to this later when it was at room temp and it really popped at that point. I loved it!
