Friday, May 20, 2011 - Outstanding. This bottle was disgorged 10 oct 2006, which has brought it to a, for me, perfect crossroad between energetic youth and complex age. The mousse still has that trademark Selosse explosiveness when the wine enters the mouth. It has developed aromas in the nutty and spicy spectrum, much more so than when young, but there is still a floral note too. Complexity is really out of this world. There is only one man who can create a sparkling wine like this, and its Anselme Selosse. Bottled art!
