Saturday, June 4, 2011 - The nose is great. Crisp and ripe fruity champagne. Apples, pineapples, apricots and some cream. Paired really well with the beancurd skin with truffle mushrooms. After an hour in the glass, it gets better. Though I really prefered the cuvee substance much more.
