Monday, January 23, 2012 - July 2008 disgorgement. Very complex palate that changed in the glass. The nose started rich with browned butter and caramelized onion notes but became more precise and mineral driven. Palate is a touch oxidized but with a great ripe fruit core - pears & red apples. Texture is wonderful and wonderfully balanced.
