Thursday, February 16, 2012 - Wow! Think I have a new favorite producer!! This and Salon are tops. An unbelievable mouthfeel and purity of fruit, somehow perfectly balanced with structure, minerality and good acid level. An everlasting finish. Goes down so easily and sings to me. Note that he is a biodynamic producer.
