Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - Hazelnuts, brioche, honey... very rich and toasty with plenty of malty character.
More frizzante than fizzy, and extremely wine-like rather than Champagne - JUST AS IT SHOULD BE with the VO from Selosse.
A vinous expericence, and MOST enjoyable.
A tad intellectual, though.
