Thursday, March 28, 2013 - Disgorgement Oct 27, 2011. Pale yellow with a very fine, soft mousse. Slightly sweet nose with a little red apple and brioche. The VO is a contrast to the other Selosse wines as its more taught, less round and quite linear in a great way. Tons of mineral, some red and green apple, lots of acidity and a med+ finish. Definitely on the young side, would recommend giving it a few more years following disgorgement. Very enjoyable.
