Not sure this wine needs note. It's simply a pleasure to drink with impressive depth. Definitely the most elegant among Selosse champagnes with a great tension in spite of the obvious weight. Hint of almond skin, superb saltiness that keeps you salivating. Not as oxidized as Initiale or Substance it displays a great freshness even with the slightest effervescence.
Just give me more !
