Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - July 2010 disgorgement, brought to the restaurant, beautiful, dry, but not lean. Had from aperitif (with a.o. oyster),over starters (including langoustine) and mains (veal cheek). Difficult to find one single wine that can pull this off, Selosse VO did. switched from flute glasses to normal white wine glasses and let the wine warm up during the meal. Beautiful experience.
