Saturday, December 6, 2014 - Domaine Champagne tasting: Disgorged 24.07.2012. Flowery nose that opens up with time. Rich, multifaced palate of apple, honey, almond, jerez, citrus - all very elegant. There's also some cocoa and chocolate. Oxidative style and at times it seemed that alcohol bite can be felt on the palate. The very mature Initiale was better than this V.O.
