Saturday, March 7, 2015 - Disgorged Dec2013, light golden with med fine bubbles. Apple, toast bread, some floral nose and spice. Sharp acidity and grippy in mouth, would guess zero dosage. More intense aroma of floral element of white burgundy into finish. Would prefer some sweetness as the lack of it, one need to dwell deep to appreciate the elements here.
