Friday, May 8, 2015 - Disgorged 5 November 2011. Really complex nose with smoke, stones, tropical fruits and a bit of oaky vanilla. Quite a sweet nose, actually. Very dry and intense on the palate with lots of minerals and a bit of oak. Really long and robust. The colour is golden and the it is surprisingly mature on the nose and flavour profile as well, but it still feels pretty tight, focused and young on the palate. Will definitely improve, but I will probably not wait more than two years to drink my last bottle.
