On the nose: oxidative element, very Selosse liked and Burgundy liked. Red apples, integrated oak and vanilla, hint of sherry.
On the palate: Yellow and Red mature apples, vanilla with a little tart finish during the first 20-30 minutes in the glas. Later on it went away and become a rather nice and round finish.
