Saturday, July 23, 2016 - Disgorged 2014. Still very young with acidic tartness. Excellent stoney minerality, bright zesty stone fruit, creamy melon, and plenty of floral notes. Texture is crisp and refreshing with bubbles that don't fade over time. Needs a few more years to really develope.
