Wednesday, October 19, 2016 - A beautiful, blonde, tempting elixir. Be careful not to enjoy too cold as it masks mischievous aromas of almond and sourdough. A pleasing bounce of acidity rounds things out for what I found to be a stunning, delicious glass of 18k gold.
