Wednesday, March 28, 2018 - Nose is toasty with honey cereal grains, rich and nicely developed. Gold and open. The fruit is ripe pear and cantaloupe. Nice minerals cut the otherwise very toasty flavours. Flicker of saline in the finish, but not offputting.
