Oxidative notes, hay, and wheat. Medium body, creamy feel. Dry, bitter citrus, tingling stony finish. More spice and ginger as it warms and opens. While I’d prefer a scooch less of the caramel, in true Selosse fashion, it is dynamic, freshens as it goes, and in the end is superb.
