Wednesday, September 19, 2018 - Off the wine list at Nice Matin after a few other champagnes were not available. This was not quite as amazing as the one we had last month, but still a really nice champagne. Almost sherry-like in style. Not just a touch oxidized - this was full out there. Some softening in the glass, but not the full change that I sometimes see with this wine. It's still quite lovely and very interesting. If rating again prob a point or two below the last time.
