Friday, September 28, 2018 - Charleston Offlineorama IV; 9/27/2018-10/1/2018 (Charleston, NC (various locations)): 3rd/6 champagnes tasted. Disgorged Jan-2015. Had this a month ago and it was amazing - tonight was just okay for me - not quite the fireworks of the other bottle. Minerals, acidity and that oxidative Selosse quality but all in a slightly tamped down version from the previous bottle. Let's hope the rest of the six pack tastes more like the 1st bottle:-) Will let the remaining ones age for a few more years before pulling.
