Friday, September 28, 2018 - This was the third wine as part of the Champagne flight for the Charleston off-line.
Served with low country shrimp boil with white shrimp, artisanal sausage and corn on the cob - wonderful pairing with some great aged champagnes.

Another nice sparkler with rich flavors or apple, brioche and almonds. Slightly oxidative. This is in a good spot for its drinking window with good bubbles and flavor profile.
