Sunday, August 2, 2020 - Drinking very nicely. I'm not sure that it's totally rocking it's full Selosse style (where I tend to agree there is some bottle variation), but it's very tasty and enjoyable to drink. Paired with caviar so it was definitely a decadent afternoon with some good friend whom we hadn't really seen since March. Nice to have an afternoon that felt semi-normal in a time that really isn't.
