Wednesday, December 30, 2020 - Disg. 05/19 which means a blend from 11, 12, and 13 - a cerebral wine to me. Dried citrus peel, camomile, honeycomb, chestnut. Good acidity throughout. Exceptionally lingering detailed finish. So young and so delicious.
