Friday, December 18, 2020 - SLDS December 2020: Disgorged 7 November 2019, blend of 2013, 2012 and 2011. Pear, mandarin, apple and some earthy spices. Strong acid profile, with an oxidative twang sitting alongside. A lot of interest here on the nose and palate. It's a little out there but also as expected of a bottle of Selosse.
