Thursday, May 19, 2022 - A Celebration of Jose; 5/19/2022-5/21/2022 (Madison, WI): Clear cola-garnet color. 12 hours in the decanter tamed a bit of heat. This showed nice complexity of chocolate, caramel, prune and raspberry. Very smooth on the palate. Short finish. Overall lighter on fruit with less depth than some previous bottles.
