Friday, October 28, 2016 - Medium-bright yellow color. Sweet aromas of pear, lemon, some marzipan notes, and nutmeg. Palate has spiced pear and apple with lemon curd into a medium-long finish. This particular bottle showed great balance of fresh fruit and developed characters without exhibiting the heat of the vintage showing through. Good showing. Drink or hold a bit more.
