Saturday, November 11, 2023 - Duck, duck, abortion!; 11/11/2023-11/17/2023: A bit of funked, deep yellow and bitter white fruits with a gently bitter, honied wax on the nose.

Similar notes on the palate, dry and bittered wax. Fruits open up with time, showing a bit better integration.

This was good but wished it had a bit more oomf in the freshness department. Delivery of flavor was there but lacked a bit of excitement for me.
