Wednesday, March 1, 2023 - Decanted 6 hours in advance which was not enough. This was a surprisingly youthful wine that continued to open up over the course of the evening. Classic Rayas & the usual perfect pairing with pan-seared duck breast. This bottle was stored in a cool cellar since release.
