Sunday, May 8, 2022 - Is fruity, dry, nice fine bubbles. Good with eggs Benedict this morning, and the rest of it with ricotta torteillini over fresh spinach, dressed with pesto and garlic olive oil.
Not the best sparkling wine that we have had , but it was enjoyable with both meals.
