Saturday, July 4, 2015 - Silver with hints of gold. Big petrol nose, roses and honeysuckle; absolutely typical Riesling - if anything, possibly slightly over-the-top nose. That Riesling taste paradox of absolute mineral dryness with an unctuous sweetness. Apples, tropical fruits, mandarins and gooseberries. Excellent with sweet/sour/salty/spicy Asian food.
