Monday, September 20, 2021 - This was amongst the best Cabs I have ever had. This wine was so well integrated, silky, and just the right dark fruit and light earthy notes that I love so much in a big red. It clearly had lots of years left and, I think, It should keep improving with a few more years. I had it open for about 1.5hrs before drinking and drank over another hour - and the last taste was better than the first - if that is even possible.
