Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Ganevat Dinner (San Francisco): Gorgeous nose with notes of green apples, lots of citrus, minerals, and a little bit of smoke. High acidity with more citrus notes on the palate, lemon zest, minerals, more apple and a hint of pear. Long finish. This wine has a lot of intensity and power but it's really well balanced and complex. Awesome! My favorite of this flight.
