Tuesday, October 14, 2014 - By the glass at Artisanal. Nice nose - better than I expected. Definitely showing that brioche-malty-creamy aspect. Also showing some lemon, apple, ginger, other spices, and some minerals/flint. The palate is similar in flavor profile but not as complex. Moderate mousse. Finish showed lemon, malt and ginger. Finish is a little short. Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 4.5/6, Finish - 4/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15/20.
