Thursday, October 14, 2021 - Pale gold. Clean, crisp, rather floral aroma with a juicy core reminiscent of pomegranate (very unusual in my experience). Approachable taste at first, then a fair wallop of acidity on the midpalate. Lime dominates. It softens a bit with air but this feels young and might benefit from decanting.
