Thursday, June 14, 2007 - Very pure, mature Chardonnay from one of the finest terroirs in Champagne. Quite a challenge. Pecan nuts, burnt caramel, deep, crisp and chalky, fresh as mountain water, a wonderful expression. Now - 2016.
