This is a spectacular bottle. Others have been hit or miss. Deep lemon gold; aromas of chalk, fermented garlic, lemon and resin. Very chalky on the palate. Brisk acidity and a long dusty, chalky, resinous finish.

Very pure, mature Chardonnay from one of the finest terroirs in Champagne. Quite a challenge. Pecan nuts, burnt caramel, deep, crisp and chalky, fresh as mountain water, a wonderful expression. Now - 2016.

Abbastanza pesantino e troppo frizzante per i miei gusti, buono ma niente di più

Unfortunately very sherried and devoid of fruit. All that remains is sharp acidity. Gone. Hope other bottles are better.
