Saturday, November 13, 2010 - Decanted for two hours. Too ripe at the beginning. Then, after another hour, the flavors started to integrate and the fruit spread out on the pallate. Wonderful wine that is only improving with time. Decant a bit more if opening again; but waiting a couple of years is best.
