Thursday, September 21, 2023 - Irn bru!!
Heady nose, super freshness and a pool-like frame. Intense notes of apricot jam, spicy botrytis, crème brulee, and a lazer focus… something minty? and a certain leafy note.

Bright and tangy, spicy (some heat too), lots of bitter orange, marmalade, orange rind, dry extract… lots of grip, tang, dried fruits, and a concentrated viscosity. Maybe a bit of a gap before the finish.
