Monday, December 25, 2023 - Bob's cellar. Deep apricot brown. Candied orange peel and honey nose, marigolds too, botrytis warmth. Tart and sweet warm opening flavours, peaches, apricot, white flowers supported by that fine line of acidity. Very good with the Christmas baked cheesecake (no Christmas pud for Aussie Christmas!).
