Sunday, April 3, 2022 - From a 375ml bottle. I previously had the 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000 vintages of this wine. This 2008 was by far my least favorite. 80% Corvina Veronese, 15% Rondinella and 5% Oseleta. 15.5% alcohol. Not decanted and heavily sedimented. This was a port without the sweetness. Full bodied and loaded with prunes and raisins. Really a bruiser of a red wine. Too over the top for me. 85 points.
