Saturday, December 23, 2023 - It was given 4 hour if air before serving. Beautiful aromatics with flowers, red fruit, coffee beans, and brown spice. It was so bright, vivid and vibrant with linear red fruit sweetness. It slowly climbed up to the apex throughout the evening. It has entered its early drinking window with clear upside.
