Saturday, May 11, 2013 - Absolutely delicious. The hit of the evening. Medium garnet with a hint of brick at the edge. Full of fruit and well integrated tannins. This started with flavors of black cherry, cassis and raspberry. Evolved over two hours to reveal additional layers tobacco and cedar and a touch of light oak on the finish. No question this is drinking at peak right now.
