Monday, November 1, 2021 - A bit tight on opening, decanted one hour. Marked improvement with air, tart cherry, black cherry, hints of plum, earth underneath. Tartness resolves to a balanced acid spine to go with the fruit. Mineral/earth notes show a bit more over hour or two with and after dinner as wine gained depth and length on palate. Enjoyable.
