Wednesday, March 18, 2020 - Pop and pour. Just a fabulous, balanced, precise CdP with fruit compote on the nose and a balanced, precise, evolving palate of raspberry cobbler, rhubarb pie, au jus, and blueberry compote all contained in a medium body with a very long finish. Just terrific now although the experts give it decades of evolution.
