You can read about Franco's philosophy of natural wine-making on any specialized website or his own. On the sweeter side, with dark cherries and liquorice aromas. Definitely would pair with cheese, particularly strong ones. Bought a 2005 magnum of the same wine and it was either an off bottle or over the hill. Would not keep this for too long.
