Palate is chewy, dark, deeply fuiity, with tobacco and flint, plus dark berries and aged beef. Tart backbone with wonderful balance. Pretty significant tannins carry on and on. I had this for drink-by 2015, but this is way too big a wine to say it is at its end, so I'm moving it out a couple of years.
