93 Points

Monday, April 16, 2018 - Tasting with Pierre Overnoy and Emmanuel Houillon in Kyoto (kiln in Kyoto, Japan): PNP into Radikon tasting glass (“Fruit” day): Deep spectrum of petite red fruits, herbal, floral and white pepper notes on the nose. A great nose with development.

The signature ‘soft touch’ as expected. A slight bittersweet note towards the finish.

Very good indeed and well balanced but may be lacking a little acidity? 92-93 points.
