Tuesday, September 1, 1992 - From Schagrin’s wine shop. Medium garnet, very mature color. Very developed pretty bouquet of cedar and flowers. Medium body, medium depth, easy to drink. Finish is a bit too aggressive and acidic, though. Good match with loin of veal and Madeira sauce.
