Wednesday, July 19, 2023 - This needs a lot of air. Upon opening, this showed with a lot of oak, dark fruit, some liquorice note, some tobacco and some garrigue. Tannins are still very present, but not too harsh, especially if drunk with food. 3 hours of air made it significantly better and a bit more floral, but its still a baby.
