Saturday, March 28, 2015 - Popped and poured, consumed over 1 hour. Nose: Medium expressiveness, lemon meringue, green apple, crushed rock and hints of licorice. Palate: Medium-full bodied, wonderful creamy mouth-feel, lemon pie and pear flavors up front, solid acidic back-bone and nice mid-palate flavor lift carries through the back-end. Finish: Medium-plus length dominated by lemon meringue and tart pear.
